• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer service and sales skills in IT Industry. 
• Strong verbal and written communicator. 
• Excellent phone and presentation skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales programs 
• Open to travel

We are looking for a Computer Engineer to respond customer calls on computer/printer/hardware/ networking and resolve the problem satisfactorily.

Requirement and skills:

• 0-2 years' work experience as a Computer Engineer or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Server, Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience in basic Networking products like Router, Switch, Wi-Fi etc.
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Having 2 wheeler driving experience and carrying valid DL.
